上海华尔道夫酒店，Nelson Bernades
在实施禁酒令期间，Raffael “Pappy” Valiente，一个在古巴为百加得工作的人做为主人在公司著名百加得大楼里宴请那些喝酒的人。受到这个人物的启发，这款风味大吉利让Bernades在2013年英国百加得传世鸡尾酒大赛决赛中赢得了一席之地。

·50ml 百加得超级朗姆酒
·25ml 青柠汁
·20ml 苹果汁
·17.5ml 糖浆
·15ml 蛋清
·新鲜的西芹和罗勒

在摇壶底部捣碎西芹，加入其他原料，干摇，再加冰摇晃。双重滤入一个飞碟杯，以研磨过的黑胡椒装饰

Nelson Bernades at Waldorf Astoria, Shanghai
Inspired by Raffael “Pappy” Valiente who worked for Bacardi in Cuba during Prohibition and played host to drinkers at the company’s famous Edificio Bacardi, this savoury daiquiri earned Bernades a spot in the UK Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition finals in 2013.

·50ml Bacardi Superior
·25ml Lime juice
·20ml Apple juice
·17.5ml Gomme syrup
·15ml Egg white
·Fresh celery and basil

Muddle the celery in the bottom of the shaker; add ingredients and dry shake. Shake again with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupette and garnish with ground black pepper.
