来自北京Miles Bar的调酒师詹梓彦赢得2014年君度女王调酒大赛——这项仅对女调酒师开放的比赛于上周在上海外滩花马天堂落下帷幕。

每位选手可以选择两位吧台助理。詹梓彦的团队里还包括许可宗和李杰美，在他们的帮助下，她凭借自创酒饮French Bubble ( 由君度橙味利口酒，卡尔瓦多斯，本尼迪克汀，柠檬汁和苏打水混调而成）而赢得比赛。

“这是我首次参加调酒比赛，”詹梓彦说道。“我学到了太多。这都得感谢我团队两位完美队友的支持。”

与此同时，来自上海Epic的韩燕静取得次席，而来自重庆Lucee Bar的刘春燕取得第三名。来自北京True Color的刘恋赢得“人民选择奖”。

继2013年首次推出后，君度女王比赛今年再次回归。今年的评委席包括君度家族第六代传人Alfred Cointreau，《饮迷》杂志主编Dan Bignold，以及Constellation酒吧业主金衆磊。

Beijing-based bartender Yann Zhan from Miles Bar has won the 2014 Cointreau Queens Cocktail Competition – a female-only comp that came to a climatic close at Lost Heaven, Shanghai, last week.

Each contestant was allowed the support of two “bar backs”. Zhan’s team included bartenders Paul Hsu and Jimmy Li who helped her craft her winning cocktail, the French Bubble (a mix of Cointreau, calvados, Benedictine, lemon juice and soda).

“This is the first time I’ve entered a cocktail competition,” says Zhan. “I’ve learned so much. I really appreciate the support of my team. They were perfect.”

Meanwhile, Summer Han of Epic, Shanghai came in second place while Aviva Liu from Lucee Bar, Chongqing took third. Cici Liu from True Color, Beijing, won the “People’s Choice Award”.

Debuting in 2013, this is the second Cointreau Queens competition in China. This year’s judging panel included sixth generation Cointreau family member Alfred Cointreau, DRiNK editor in chief Dan Bignold and Constellation owner Kin-san.
